Refund & Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is always at the heart of what we do. We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure it arrives fresh and enjoyable. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible.
Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been opened or consumed. If you happen to receive the wrong item, a damaged package, or a product that does not meet our quality standards, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. In order for us to review your request, the product should remain unused, in its original packaging, and supported by proof of purchase such as your order confirmation.
Once your request has been received and verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund. Refunds are always processed back to your original method of payment, and while we issue them promptly, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
